		<description>one thing to watch out for if you&#039;re using blood &amp; bone as a possum deterrent is that the rats love it ... so it may be the rats and not the possums that are eating your fruit!</description>

		<description>That should work well, figs are tough and like the heat.  While they are young, they may benefit from  some temporary shade if we get another series of scorching days - just an opened umbrella or something to give them some relief.</description>
