We are not necessarily hiring anyone right now, however all submissions will be placed on file and reviewed whenever we are looking for staff. Please include as much detail as possible, especially with regard to your training, employment history and outside interests (even if you do not think they are relevant to a nursery).

Please note that you will not receive a reply unless we are looking for someone with your skills, this is just a way for you to let us know that you are out there!

The team at BAAG includes everyone from Garden Designers to Truck Drivers, Accounts Clerks to Artists, Horticulturalists to Model Train Engineers. So drop us a line with all your experience and interests, it might just be relevant to what we are looking for at the moment. BAAG is developing strengths in gardening, the arts and sustainable living, so we are particularly interested in students and people with Horticultural / Gardening, Art and Sustainable Living experience or current study.

Nursery work is quite seasonal and we are often on the lookout for new staff to help plug the gaps during our busier periods. Some work is at night, some on weekends, so please indicate if this would suit you. We are especially interested in hearing from Horticulture students looking for part time work while they study… but even if you are not a student we’d love to hear from you as well if you think you would be an asset to BAAG’s team.

If you think you fit the bill please send an email to jobs@baag.com.au. Attach your CV (pdf or doc format) and relevant contact details. Tell us a bit about yourself in the cover email… your hobbies and outside interests can help us decide whether you could be a potential new employee.
